1. Events:
Included events in the Pattern Lustrum VIP Spy Pass: Lustrum Case Night, Lustrum Mission: MetaForum, Lustrum Cantus, Lustrum Game Show, Lustrum International Dinner, Pre-Lustrum Week Drink, Lustrum Gala (excluding dinner and bus transport), Lustrum Weekend Activity, Lustrum Mission: Mariënburg, Lustrum Symposium, Lustrum Themed Party, and Lustrum Hangover Breakfast. The VIP Spy Pass gives access to all events mentioned for one discounted price.
2.Attendance:
When buying a VIP Spy Pass you are thereby expected to attend all events included in the VIP Spy Pass.
3. Cancellation procedure
You are expected to attend all events included in the VIP Spy Pass, if you are not able to come to an event you should notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern at least 21 days in advance through lustrum@dsapattern.nl. A refund of part of your ticket is in this case not possible.
If you are not able to attend an event included in the VIP Spy Pass you are allowed to hand over (part of) your VIP Spy Pass to another member of D.S.A. Pattern. A change of hands of (part of) a VIP Spy Pass needs to be notified to the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern through lustrum@dsapattern.nl at least 24 hours before the start of the event(s) involved in the change of hands.
4.Refund:
Refunds to (part of) the VIP Spy Pass are possible in the following cases:
- Cancellation of an event by D.S.A. Pattern.
- D.S.A. Pattern changes the date of a certain event after the VIP Spy Pass is bought.
- In case of serious sickness proved by a doctor’s note.
- In case of a proven positive covid test.
If the third or fourth case applies, the participant must notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern through email at lustrum@dsapattern.nl before the start of the event.
The amount of money that can be refunded for an event will be established as follows:
Refund amount: Seperate ticket price event / Non-discounted VIP Spy Pass * Discounted VIP Spy Pass
Refund to (part of) the VIP Spy Pass is not possible in the following cases:
- In case you cancelled the attendance to an event
- In case of a No-Show.
- In case of missing the event because of non-compliance with the corona regulations imposed by the Dutch government or other authorities, such as an invalid corona QR-code.
Refunds will be processed within 4 working weeks.
5.No-Show:
In case of a No-Show at an event that is included in the VIP Spy Pass, a refund is not possible and the passholder can be put on the Lustrum’s greylist or blacklist if the person has not notified the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern through email at lustrum@dsapattern.nl before the start of the event. In case of 3 No-Shows the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern has the right to cancel your VIP Spy Pass without any refund.
In case of a change of hand of your ticket, the responsibility of attendance changes to the current ticket holder at the time of the event. A proof of notification should be given by the old and new ticket holder by sending an email to the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern at lustrum@dsapattern.nl
6. Transfer
It is possible to transfer part of your VIP Spy Pass to another member of D.S.A. Pattern, if you notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern through email at lustrum@dsapattern.nl at least 24 hours before the start of the event.
The notification email should contain:
- The name of the person you transfer your ticket to
- A confirmation from the person you transfer your ticket to that he/she knows the ticket is transferred to him/her.
- The order number of your VIP Spy Pass
7.COVID:
Keep in mind that a valid Corona QR-code might be mandatory to attend certain events due to regulations put down by the Dutch Government or other authorities at the time and place of the event. Without a valid QR-code you cannot attend the event, in this case a refund is not possible.
In case there exists a specific policy regarding the attendance of the event imposed by the Dutch government or other authorities, the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern will mention the current policy on the event pages and any relevant changes to the policy regarding our events will be communicated via email to those who have bought the VIP Spy Pass a week before the start of the event.
In case of non-compliance with the Dutch corona policy, a refund is not possible.
In the case of a quarantine set down by the Dutch government or other authorities you do get the opportunity to hand over your ticket to another member of D.S.A. Pattern until the start of the event, if you notify the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern via lustrum@dsapattern.nl
8.Other remarks:
By purchasing the VIP Spy Pass you agree to make sure that the first Lustrum of D.S.A. Pattern will be amazing and unforgettable!
In any cases that are not explicitly mentioned in these Terms & Conditions, the Board of D.S.A. Pattern will come to a decision about a possible refund in consultation with the Lustrum Committee of D.S.A. Pattern.
